Agents will receive practical overview of how a residential property can progress from mortgage default to foreclosure judgment and sheriff’s sale. Participants will learn the basic foreclosure timeline, the role of the courts and sheriff, how a foreclosure auction works, redemption rights, deficiency judgments, and the implications for listing agents, buyers, sellers, and investors.
