CANCELLATION POLICY
In-Person Class Cancellation:
North Star Real Estate School reserves the right to cancel any scheduled in-person course. Registrants will be notified of cancellations via email or phone within 48 hours of class start time. In the event of a course cancellation, registrants will receive a full refund or have the option to apply the course fee toward a future class, subject to availability. Please note that North Star Real Estate School is not liable for any expenses (such as travel or accommodation) incurred by registrants due to the cancellation. Participants may cancel their registration up to one week prior to the class. For student-initiated cancellations, refunds will be issued minus a $25 administrative fee, applicable to all cancellations.

Online/Self-Paced Classes Refund Policy:
Students may cancel and request a full refund within 72 hours of the purchase time. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@nsrealestateschool.com within 72 hours of the purchase time. If a cancellation and refund request is made after 72 hours of purchase and if the online training has not been accessed, the student is eligible for a refund, but will be subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the total purchase amount.

North Star Real Estate School reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not adhere to the guidelines outlined in this policy. Additionally, a $25 usage fee may be charged if the online course has been accessed.
